logins with wrong password, I am locked out.
I get the following message:
Your password has been locked because of too many unsuccessful login attempts.Contact the USCIS Headquarters Referral Management Team for support.
Does anyone have the telephone number or email id of USCIS Headquarters Referral Management Team ? How do i reset the password by calling them. I forgot the answers to prompt questions too.

It's not the "swf" we're concerned with, it's the "fla", and it doesn't just do it with imported Swift3D stuff, but with jpg's and movie's and other imported media.
Try this experiment.
Open a blank Flash project. Save it as an FLA file, and note the file size.
Import a large jpg, then delete it from the stage, and from the library.
Save it again and compare file size again.

Hi,
I was in a similar situation back in 2006. I got my visa stamping for my future H1-B but at the POE, the officer stamped my I-94 only till the end of current H1-B. But he mentioned that I can go to the nearby CBP office and get it changed once my current H1-B expires. And I did exactly the same. No issues.
Go ahead and enjoy your vacation.

I don't think consulate ask details of all employees if size is 5k or more. Further more you can tell officer that it is impossible to get wage details of all employee. I hear some time some desi companies gives w2 of all employees etc.. would consular officer show his/her w2 ? but since our desi companies feeding what they need , they ask what ever...
In this case they did ask for the details of all the employees of the company, probably they want to make sure that the employer has hired some US citizens as well. The company size is about 500-1000 employees. Since they have asked for the employee detail the employer has to provide that information otherwise the employee would not be able to get the visa stamped.
Let's see hoping for the best.

What would happen if the labor is approved and I-140 is pending and you have to apply for your 7th/8th year extension? I think this could happen to many people who are getting yearly extensions as nowadays it is usually taking 6 months to get your H1 approval/I-140 approval.

EB-3-I is stuck in 01...not likely to move till Oct and then in OCT08..it will move by couple three months for the next 12 months till OCT 09..What are the option for EB-3 stuck here..from 01, 02, 03 ....
1) Convert to EB-2 ?.
2) wait for legislation from Logfren to pass
3) wait another 3 years...already in the Queue from 01..
If I choose to convert to EB-2..I have to put in a PERM and then I-140..what is the time line for getting my LC thro PERM and then my I-140 in EB2 cleared?? based on the current processing times..
Do I wait to see if Logfren's legislation goes thro ..if doesnt go with the conversion to EB-2...???
Please help me decide...

We applied on July 2nd during July 2007 VB fiasco.
I just received the following email from CRIS regarding my son's AOS I-485 application:

Hello:
I have a last minute doubt - my H1B stamp on the passport is expired, so is the white I94 card. I have a valid I797 extension.
Can I use automatic revalidation? I am in doubt because the white I94 card is expired and I will have to present it to the officer at the port of entry.

I was thinking of askign my lawyer to change my case from non rir to rir ?
i was wonderign if anyoenhas done it? and what are the risk factors in changing from non rir to rir?
My pd is oct2002? nothign heard after teh 45 day letter....

There is no -ve impact on coverting to RIR. If RIR is denied, you will still be processed as TR. You wont loose your PD

It would be better if you can contact Senators and Congressman/woman for your area instead of Governor.
Just called the Governor's office and asked how to request an appointment. The lady said its easy - just send in a written request (mail or email or fax it) and someone from the office will contact you.
Not sure if its really that easy... I live in North Cal - but would go to Phoenix to meet her if need be.

My friend's father-in-law, a retired Indian army personnel, was able to obtain a visitor's visa to US and he did come and stayed with him for about 3-4 months. So, in short, retired Indian army personnel can get a visitor's visa and travel to US without any trouble.
