When did processing time became on or after your Receipt Date: 06/06/07 and your Notice Date: 06/15/2008.
Is it because file misplaced - too many followups (3 SRs, Infopass, letters, calling IO)? At lease people have been able to find whether name check is cleared on not - could you figureout that? If not, I think, there is reason to be concerned.
Try simple question - name check is cleared or not?

Yes I got an I-94 with the transfer(Same I-94 number as the L1 one). I didn't go out of US after that.
Please note that I joined the H1 employer and later got an H1 transfer approved also.

It is for pending 485. I do not have RFE now. Because i saw so many rfe issued by CIS. I left my previous company few month ago. The previous attorney can not represent me anymore. But he is willing to send me the rfe if he receive it. Do I still need to hire another attorney to represent me if there is rfe or i can do it by myself.

Visitor visa/Business visa for Germany .I have plan business trip to Germany but to get visa, German consulate web site saying they will need visa stamp in passport. My visa stamp in passport is expired and I had use AP for my last entry.
Does any have done European visa with above condition .Please share your thoughts?

in this environment where jobless rate is pushing 10%, i.e., one in ten Americans is without a job! Not trying to be negative here, just reconciling with the present reality and trying to re-adjust my expectations. Just have to hope that the economy picks up steam next year and optimism returns.

Well, that's true but I was being facetious. :-) I am an IT manager and I am aware of laws and regulations. My real intent was point #2. Have said that, I must also say that too many laws and excessive bureaucracy is the bane of this society (and other countries too, like India).

My 1st 3 yrs of H1B is gonna be completed this year.My DL is valid until 2009 issued by Santa Clara DMV in CA State.If i move to PA State or for that matter other state in US would DMV deny me a new Driver's License until my new H1B is extended for 3 more years??

I agree-If USCIS wanted to reject atleast we would have heard some cases by now.
Even if they have done so after July 2 we will hear soon within a week from now on atleast.
If it have happened we still will have time to refile till Aug 17.
So hopefull there shouldnt be any problem.cross the fingers so we can be safe.
we dont have the medical paper or the original I140 to refile.We will wait and see.

i have a friend from mexico that got here cause she married a us citizen, well long story short her green card expires on the 21st of august she has an appointment on that day for what i think is to get her permanent residency. well her problem is that she just caught her husband cheating on her and doesnt want to be with him anymore. but she thinks if she leaves him , she will destroy her chances of getting her permanent residency. how does that work? is she forced to stay with him even though he mistreats her and cheats on her to be able to get her residency? any responses would be appreciated . thanks in advance.

ur title made me think that USCIS sent u a query (RFE) about your US India flight via frankfurt?

This is regarding status, if GC or CITIZEN there should not be any problem. If its H1B visa, then it should have validity. Means H1B visa should not have expired. I heard this story from my brother in law and in fact travel agents know this and they themselves advice on this. Those with expired H1B visa cannot travel through EUROPE. So my brother in law went to India through middle east.
CHECK OUT BASED ON YOUR STATUS.

I don't think your design skills are quite good enough yet to be starting a studio. No offense but I think you'd be better off with a bit more practice before you step out in to the world of the design industry.
